С огромно удоволствие каним всички WordPress и уеб ентусиасти на първия WordCamp Varna на 2-ри септември 2017 в Икономически университет Варна, почти на брега на морето.
WordCamp Varna е първото официално WordPress събитие в България, което се провежда извън София. Избрахме лятна дата, за да съчетаем полезното – лекции и дискусии в областта на WordPress, с приятното – морски уикенд с настоящи и надяваме се бъдещи приятели.
Билетите са вече в продажба на скромната цена от 20 лв, в която влизат конферентен ден (събота), contributor day (неделя), обяд, кафе, тениска, стикери и after party.
Програмата
Амбицията на WordCamp Varna е да ви срещне с итересни лектори от България и чужбина и да предостави възможност за създаване на контакти между WordPress професионалисти от страната.
Лекторите ще бъдат подбрани след отворен процес за предложения за лекции, а програмата ще бъде публикувана в началото на август. Към конферентния ден ще има и т.нар contributor day. Той ще бъде в неделя, 3-ти септември и ще ви даде възможност да се запознаете с това как работи WordPress (проектът с отворен код) и как да се включите с помощ в различните области като код, дизайн, преводи, документация и още много.

Announcing WordCamp Varna 2017
We’re excited to welcome all WordPress and web enthusiasts to the first WordCamp Varna on September 2nd, taking place in the University of Economics – Varna, only a couple of minutes away from the sea coast.
WordCamp Varna is the first official WordPress event in Bulgaria outside of Sofia. We selected a convenient summer date to allow you taste the best from Varna – great WordPress talks and discussions, and a delightful sea weekend with current and future friends.
Tickets are on sale now for as low as EUR 10 (BGN 20), and include a full conference day (Saturday), a contributor day (Sunday), lunch, coffee, t-shirt, swag and an after party.
The schedule
One of the main goals of WordCamp Varna is to introduce great speakers from Bulgaria and abroad and allow you to meet nice people and create new contacts with the most enthusiastic WordPress professionals from all around the country.
Speakers will be selected after an open talk application process, and the conference schedule will be announced in the beginning of August. In addition to the main conference day there will be a contributor day. It is scheduled for September 3rd and will provide you with the opportunity to learn how the WordPress open source project works, and how you can contribute to various aspects of it – code, design, translations, documentations and many more.
